HYT Engineering partnered with Exaltare Technologies to digitize the coach and Bogie maintenance processes Kurnool plant. The goal was to replace the old paper-based system with a new, efficient digital solution. Exaltare developed an Android app and a web portal, which were implemented across six locations in six months. This initiative led to a 20% increase in efficiency and completely eliminated the use of paper, marking a significant step towards modernizing railway maintenance operations with practical and effective technological solutions.
